Delete Your Daily Gaming Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Daily Gaming account, what data is removed, and what data is retained for legal and regulatory reasons. We make account deletion available to all users, in compliance with applicable privacy laws and the Google Play and Apple App Store account deletion requirements.
1. Before You Delete
Withdraw your wallet balance first. Account deletion permanently removes your wallet. Any USDC balance remaining at the time of deletion is forfeited and cannot be recovered. Open the Wallet tab and complete a withdrawal to an external Polygon address before proceeding.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted you will lose:
- Your profile, gamerTag, and skill rating
- Your in-app wallet and any USDC balance in it
- Your match history, contest history, and any unredeemed winnings
- Your chat history with other players
- Your push notification subscriptions
2. How to Delete Your Account — In-App (Recommended)
- Open the Daily Gaming app and sign in.
- Tap the Settings icon (gear icon, top-right of the home screen).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
The in-app flow immediately disables your account, signs you out, and queues your data for permanent deletion. You will receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your account.
3. How to Delete Your Account — By Email
If you can no longer access the app (for example, you lost your device or your account is locked), you may request deletion by emailing:

Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Your email must come from the email address associated with your Daily Gaming account. Include your gamerTag in the body of the message. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving a valid request, and confirm by reply email when it is complete.
4. What Data Is Deleted
Within 30 days of your deletion request, the following data is permanently removed from our active systems:
- Profile data: name, gamerTag, email, password hash, profile picture, console preferences
- Wallet data: in-app balance, deposit address, derived wallet keys
- Match data: contest entries, score submissions, screenshots you uploaded, AI verification results
- Communications: chat messages you sent or received, push notification tokens
- Device identifiers: push tokens, device IDs, IP addresses tied to your account
- Analytics: in-app activity events linked to your user ID
5. What Data Is Retained (and Why)
Some data must be retained after account deletion to satisfy legal, regulatory, financial, and fraud-prevention obligations. This data is kept in archived form, is not used to identify you for marketing or product purposes, and is retained only for the period required by law:
- Financial transaction records (deposits, withdrawals, contest entries, payouts) — retained for 7 years to comply with U.S. federal and state financial recordkeeping, anti-money-laundering (AML), and tax reporting obligations (IRS Form 1099, FinCEN BSA).
- On-chain (blockchain) transaction records — USDC deposits and withdrawals processed on the Polygon network are publicly visible on the blockchain by design and cannot be deleted by Daily Gaming or any third party.
- Tax reporting data (Form 1099 records) — retained for 7 years as required by U.S. federal tax law.
- Fraud-prevention records (banned account markers, IP addresses tied to confirmed fraud or chargebacks) — retained indefinitely to prevent re-registration by users previously removed for terms-of-service violations.
- Aggregated, de-identified analytics (counts of matches played, total platform volume) — retained indefinitely; this data cannot be linked back to you after deletion.
- Customer support correspondence — retained for 2 years in case of disputes.
6. Chargebacks and Pending Activity
If your account has any of the following at the time of your deletion request, deletion will be paused until the issue is resolved:
- An open contest or tournament you have entered
- A pending withdrawal in the 24-hour security hold window
- An open chargeback or payment dispute
- An unresolved match dispute under review
We will email you to confirm the pending items and let you know when deletion can proceed.
7. Re-Registration After Deletion
Once deleted, you may create a new Daily Gaming account at any time using the same or a different email address. The new account starts fresh with no carry-over from your prior account. Accounts that were deleted for fraud, abuse, or terms-of-service violations may be denied re-registration.
