Daily Gaming is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable competitive gaming experience. We take responsible participation seriously and have put tools, policies, and resources in place to support our users. This page explains how to participate responsibly and where to find help if gaming begins to feel like a problem.

1. What Daily Gaming Is — and Is Not

Daily Gaming is a skill-based competitive gaming platform. Match outcomes are determined solely by the gameplay results and the skill of participating players. No element of chance, randomness, or house odds determines who wins.

4. Account Controls and Self-Exclusion

Daily Gaming provides account controls to help users manage their participation. You can request any of the following at any time by contacting support@daily-gaming.com.

Cooling-Off Period

Request a temporary break from the platform. During a cooling-off period your account will be suspended and you will not be able to enter contests or make deposits. Cooling-off periods are available in durations of 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. Your account and wallet balance are preserved and restored when the period ends.

Self-Exclusion (Permanent Closure)

If you feel that your participation has become a serious problem, you may request permanent self-exclusion. Once processed, your account will be permanently closed and you will not be able to create a new account. Any available wallet balance at the time of closure will be returned to you. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible — they cannot be cancelled once processed.

Spending Limits

You may request that Daily Gaming apply a monthly deposit or spending cap to your account. Once set, this limit cannot be increased for a minimum of 30 days regardless of your request. Contact support to set or adjust a spending limit.

How to request account controls: Email support@daily-gaming.com with the subject line "Account Controls Request" and specify whether you are requesting a cooling-off period, self-exclusion, or spending limit. We will process your request promptly.

5. Age Restrictions and Underage Access Prevention

Daily Gaming is strictly for users who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Participation by minors is prohibited.

6. Skill-Based Play and Financial Awareness

While Daily Gaming is skill-based, winning is not guaranteed. Every contest has a loser. Entry fees are non-refundable once a contest begins, and the platform charges a 10% service fee on all prize pools. Users should treat contest entry fees as the cost of entertainment, not as an investment.

We encourage users to review their contest history, wins, losses, and spending from within the app and to make informed decisions about participation levels based on that information.

7. Fair Play and Platform Integrity

Daily Gaming is committed to ensuring all contests are conducted fairly. We prohibit:

Accounts violating fair play policies may be permanently banned and applicable funds forfeited. If you suspect another user of violating these policies, you can report them directly through the app or by contacting support.

8. Dispute Resolution

Daily Gaming reviews match results and disputes through automated systems and manual verification. Disputes must be submitted within the time window specified for each contest. Decisions made during dispute resolution are final and binding. See Section 12 of our Terms of Service for full details.
