These Official Contest Rules ("Rules") govern participation in all head-to-head matches and tournament contests offered on the Daily Gaming platform ("Platform"), operated by Daily Gaming LLC ("Daily Gaming", "Sponsor"). By entering any contest on the Platform you agree to these Rules in their entirety.

Contests are open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:
Daily Gaming reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.
This list may be updated as laws change. Participation from a restricted jurisdiction is a violation of these Rules and may result in immediate disqualification, account termination, and forfeiture of any prize.
Each contest has a designated entry window and match completion deadline. Contest periods vary and are displayed within the Platform at the time of entry. Daily Gaming reserves the right to extend, shorten, or cancel any contest period at its sole discretion with notice to affected participants where practicable.
Users may enter a contest by selecting an available contest in the Platform lobby and paying the designated entry fee from their Platform wallet. Entry fees are displayed at the time of entry. The 10% platform service fee is deducted from the prize pool as described in Section 7.
Two players compete directly against each other in a single game of the specified video game title. The player with the higher final score wins the match. In the event of a tie, rules specific to the game title apply as described in Section 9.
Multiple players compete in a single-elimination bracket format. Players advance through rounds by winning their individual matches. The last player remaining in the bracket wins the tournament. Byes may be assigned in tournaments where the number of entrants is not a power of two; bye assignments are made randomly or by seeding as specified at the time of the tournament.
Entry fees and prize structures for each contest are displayed within the Platform before entry. Daily Gaming charges a 10% platform service fee on the gross prize pool of each contest.

Tournament prize pools are calculated as the sum of all entry fees collected, less the 10% platform fee. Prize distribution in multi-place tournaments (where applicable) will be disclosed in the tournament details prior to entry.
Entry fees are non-refundable once a contest has started. If a contest is cancelled by Daily Gaming before it starts, entry fees will be refunded to the user's Platform wallet.
Contests are available for the following video game titles (subject to change):
Specific game settings, modes, and rule configurations (such as quarter length, difficulty settings, and team restrictions) are specified within each contest listing. Participants are responsible for reviewing and complying with the stated game settings before beginning a match.
In the event of a tie at the conclusion of regulation gameplay:
The winning player must submit proof of the match result within the time window specified for each contest type. Proof consists of a clear, unaltered photograph of the final score screen as displayed by the game.
Submitting falsified, altered, or fraudulent proof of results is a violation of these Rules and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Winners are determined exclusively by the final gameplay results as verified through the result submission process. Daily Gaming may use automated verification, manual review, or both to confirm results. Daily Gaming's determination of the winner is final and binding.
Skill is the predominant factor in determining contest outcomes. No element of chance determines a winner. Contestants with greater skill in the applicable video game will, over time, achieve superior results.
Prizes are credited to the winner's Platform wallet within a reasonable time following contest completion and result verification. From the wallet, winners may:
Prizes have no cash alternative except as provided through the Platform's standard withdrawal process. Prizes are non-transferable. Daily Gaming is not responsible for any taxes owed on prizes. See Section 13 for tax obligations.
All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winnings of $600 or more in a calendar year may be reported to the IRS and may require the winner to provide a valid Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number. Failure to provide required tax information may result in mandatory federal backup withholding and/or suspension of withdrawal privileges.
If a player believes the opposing player violated these Rules during a match, they must submit a dispute through the Platform within the time window specified for that contest. Disputes submitted after the window closes will not be reviewed. Daily Gaming's decision on all disputes is final and binding. No compensation is provided for the time spent in a disputed contest.
Daily Gaming reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and void any prize for:
Contest creators may cancel a contest only under the following conditions:
In the event of a permitted cancellation, all entry fees are refunded to participants' Platform wallets. Daily Gaming also reserves the right to cancel or modify any contest at its sole discretion for reasons including technical failures, legal requirements, or force majeure events, with entry fees refunded where applicable. Daily Gaming is not liable for any losses resulting from a cancelled contest beyond the refund of entry fees.
By entering a contest, participants release Daily Gaming LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in any contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Daily Gaming's total liability to any contestant shall not exceed the entry fee paid for the specific contest at issue.
